How to edit a shared document, adapt to the need for my class

Hi, my drag and drop worksheet has some problems. The "drag" do not reflect the part I have encased during my edit. It looks find on the computer, but no on phone. Please assist. Thank you!

Some of my students have created teacher's accounts instead of student's. I have tried to delete them but they can't sign up because their email address has already been used (by them by mistake). How can we delete those accounts for good?

I'd like to create a drag & drop activity like this: 1 correct answer (drag ID:1) and 1 incorrect answer (drag ID:2), with only 1 drop area (drop ID:1)... How can I set this up so that if drag ID:1 is dropped into drop ID:1, and drag ID:2 is untouched, then the activity is scored as 100% correct?

The current setup described above will score drag ID:2 as incorrect because it was not dragged into a corresponding drop area (there is no drop ID:2). Additionally, if drag ID:2 is set up as drag ID blank, it will also score as an incorrect answer.

My workbooks have been deleted and the migrate content retrieving page does not work.

Desde hace una semana y algo no puedo acceder a ninguno de los cuadernillos, ni a través del dashboard ni a través de los asignados a alumnos. A mis estudiantes les ocurre lo mismo y no pueden acceder a ellos para completarlos. Si les paso el enlace de una worksheet en concreto si pueden realizarla, pero no pueden acceder al cuadernillo al completo. Lo único que aparece es el error" The website encountered an unexpected error. Please try again later".

Llevamos así más de una semana. ¿Hay algo que puedan hacer al respecto?
