Dear Live Worksheet Support Team,

     I currently subcribe the Plus Plan on Oct 20. If I stop it before Nov 20, does it mean all the features offered won't work immediately or it will stop on Nov 19?

halo team live worksheet, saya mau bertanya kenapa setiap saya selesai menginput file, dibawahnya tidak ada kata save&continue nya?
hanya ada kata "remove saja" dan jika saya tekan tambah worksheet maka akan mengulang kembali seperti tadi?

Saya salah menghapus Exercise sent milik siswa. Karna ada beberapa yang double saya hendak menghapus yang double tapi salah memilih bagian lampirannya

     I have made 2 liveworkbooks for 2 classes. The Liveworkbook results in Class A is in alpahbetical order. The other results in Class B is not in alphabetical order.

     I attach 3 screenshots of the evidence. Picture LW1 is the result that is downloaded as CSV file. Picture LW2 and 3 are the name list on the liveworksheet students' list, they're in alphabetical oder.
     Can you help me how to fix it? I'm looking forward to your reply.

Dear Live Worksheet Team,
    It's the first time I use the mp3 player feature in my worksheet. I like it. Unfortunately, my students can't listen to some of the audio file, eventhough I can listen to all of the audio file in my live worksheet template.
    I attach the video recording for you to analyze what's going on. I'm looking forward to your quick response and can fix the problem ASAP.

bagaimana cara mengatur agar tanggal dan waktu jawaban yang dikirimkna siswa sesuai dengan tanggal sebenarnya

1. Bacalah setiap petunjuk dan soal pada E-LKPD dengan teliti sebelum menjawab soal.

2. Pastikan perangkat chromebook dan koneksi internet dalam kondisi baik agar proses pengerjaan tidak terganggu.

3. Isilah identitas diri secara lengkap pada bagian yang telah disediakan.

4. Pelajari materi yang tersedia pada E-LKPD, baik berupa teks, gambar, maupun video pembelajaran, sebelum menjawab pertanyaan.

5. Kerjakan setiap soal sesuai dengan instruksi yang diberikan.

6. Tuliskan jawaban secara lengkap dan sesuai dengan pemahamanmu.

7. Periksa kembali jawaban sebelum mengirimkan atau mengumpulkan E-LKPD.

8. Klik tombol kirim/submit setelah semua soal selesai dikerjakan.

kenapa jawaban dari murid tidak masuk ke email saya, apa penyebabna?

sudah klik tombol edit di outpout worksheet siswa untuk menilai, namun tdk bisa, sudah dicoba berulang kali, namun sama saja
