I can´t delete a workbook, or update it. It is written "disable". How comes?

Liveworksheet page numbers on Students' view are missing

I was wondering how can we see groups of worksheets with the same title in the inbox. In the past you just clicked on the title and all worksheets with that title appeared, now that is not possible. If you could help us explaining how to do that in this new design, I would greatly appreciate it. 

The update looks great!  How do I move the pages around in my workbook?  There used to be a tab that enabled you to do that.  Thank you for all you do, Lasha Dennis

It was very useful, like to order the worksheets by difficulty.

Trying to add a new student and no username will be accepted

He observado que en cuanto el alumnado empieza a trabajar en los cuadernos, no es posible ni editar ni borrar el grupo. Tengo grupos de cursos anteriores a los que les he desasignado los estudiantes y los cuadernos y aun así no puedo borrarlos. Creo que debe ser porque siguen guardados los resultados de sus trabajos. Es realmente muy incómodo tener grupos de cursos anteriores que no se pueden borrar. Si al menos hubiera podido editarlos les habría cambiado el nombre al grupo y asignado nuevos cuadernos. ¿Cómo puedo borrar los grupos antiguos sin alumnos ni cuadernos asignados?

Llevo días añadiendo una nueva tarjeta en el nuevo método de pago y me cargan solo 0 euros por ese motivo me indican que hay un impago.

Por favor si me puedes explicar cómo arreglarlo, quiero seguir con vosotros.

Hello,

We have been experiencing difficulties with the worksheets since last Saturday. It appears that whenever an assignment requires typing, the designated typing area either appears empty/unavailable or is incorrectly positioned, sometimes showing up in the upper-left corner instead of where it is supposed to be.

As a result, we are unable to complete the assignments properly. The issue also affects the submission process, as the “SUBMIT” button is not clickable.
 

Could you please look into this technical issue and let us know how it can be resolved? We would appreciate your assistance, as it is currently preventing us from completing and submitting the required assignments.
