Dear Live Worksheet Support Team,

      Every time I want to update the worksheet after changing the file of it, it fails. I think there has to do with "

• Popularity: the value may be no less than 0." Unfortunately, I don't get what it means, and I have to make new worksheet all over again. 
  
  It never happened before the update of the live worksheet website. Does it mean, there's no way I can change the file of the existing worksheet?

     I currently subcribe the Plus Plan on Oct 20. If I stop it before Nov 20, does it mean all the features offered won't work immediately or it will stop on Nov 19?

Hello, I am trying to create accounts for my students, but it won't accept any password. I’ve tried creating the accounts myself, but that doesn't work either; the program won't even accept the passwords it generates randomly.

To whom it may concern,

I am writing to you regarding a problem on the mailbox in my account. I do receive emails confirming my students have completed worksheets but I cannot access to their answers via the Mailbox tab in my account.

I would appreciate it if you could help me to solve this problem.

While I appreciate your team's ongoing efforts to enhance and improve Liveworksheets, the new layout changes have unfortunately created severe usability issues that significantly impact daily workflow.

Specifically, we have encountered the following critical issues with the new interface:

• Inability to reorder pages: It is no longer possible to change the order of pages within a worksheet, making document organization extremely difficult.

• Hidden page management: Once pages are hidden, they cannot be rearranged or properly organized.

These functions are essential for creating and structuring effective learning materials. As it stands, these bugs make the platform very difficult to use efficiently.

Could you please let us know if these issues are currently being addressed or if there is a timeline for resolving them? Alternatively, if there is a workaround available in the meantime, we would greatly appreciate your guidance.

When trying to custrom a link for my students I get this message and I don't know what the problem is. I have been doing it the same way for the past years, and now it's not working.

I miss some of the editing options that were available before, moving pages and also hide all pages and show all pages. When are you going to provide them again? they were really helpful. Thankyou
