The finish button is not showing in my student's assign work. Is there a reason why>?

With my classes we are used live worksheets, unfortunately today my students are unable to valid their work and can't see their mistakes.

Can you tell me when you plan to fix it.

Hola, cuando el alumnado entra a cualquier cuaderno creado por el profesor, el botón finish no aparece, por lo que no pueden corregir la tarea. Sí que aparece el botón en cualquiera de las fichas buscadas en la plataforma. El botón guardar para después tampoco está disponible.

A algunos alumnos no les aparece el botón de "terminar", ni el botón de "guardar para despues"

Es un problema de hoy o que va a pasar? Confiamos en la plataforma para esto o buscamos otra. El curso lleva un curso y necesitamos saber que está pasando con el boton FINISH. Ha cambiado algo?

Good morning

I was working with my students this morning and after an hour they lost all their work since the "save for later and finish" button disappeared from their worksheets.  How can we fix this issue?  Are you planning to fix it soon?

My student can't sign up, it says that it is using not allowed characters buts that's not true.

All my students suddenly complain about the disappearance of both buttons "Save for later" and "Finish". 

I've checked their accounts to confirm the information too.

Is the page repairing or what can I do for my students?
