My Students can’t find the button finish when they finish their homework. Please help me

Hola, he creado mis cuadernos como otros años, y hay uno en concreto en el que a mis alumnos no les sale el botón de FINISH con lo cual no aparece la puntuación y la ficha queda como si no la hubieran hecho.

Tengo todo bien configurado en el cuaderno.

¿Qué puedo hacer?

Buenos días, tengo un problema. He asignado tarea a mis alumnos. Cuando entran, les aparece como tarea, pero al entrar para hacerla, la realizan y luego no sé cómo deben enviármela. No hay un botón de enviar, ni guardar ni nada, solo la hacen y no pueden darle a nada. 

Alguien me puede ayudar

The button to save the worksheets has disappeared from all the workbooks. I'd like to know  how to fix it. Thanks in advance  

в робочих зошитах на аркушах зникла кнопка "фініш". учні не можуть після заповнення/виконання аркуша завершити роботу і я не бачу результата. ця проблема тільки з аркушами, що завантажені у workbooks. дякую.

Hi 

Today morning we could not access the website at all and two classes were not able to do their assigned work.

Later in the day, we could access the website but none of the recordings on any of the worksheets were working and the 'Finish' button has disappeared.

Is anyone else facing these problems?
