Good morning, I have two students I cannot log up. The message is: their emails are already taken but we deleted them from the platform. Is there something they can do?

Cada año hacer grupos o modificarlos no resulta un trabajo de horas y horas. Las cosas no se registran al momento ni a los 20 segundos como indica. 

Es muy muy difícil hacerlo. La opción de poder mover a un alumno registrado debería de ser sencillo.

Si me estoy perdiendo alguna instrucción me gustaría me lo indicaran.

I've been using workbooks for a couple of years and everything worked fine. This year, many students are doing the exercises in my workbooks and their work is not saved. I don't understand why. I don't see their work

Les escribo porque desde el curso pasado tenemos una incidencia con las fichas. Cuando los alumnos abren una de varias páginas, no pueden bajar a la siguiente y, a veces, lo hemos conseguido reduciendo el zoom pero, haciendo esto, no se pueden ver las opciones de los ejercicios. Por favor, ¿nos podrían dar alguna solución para poder utilizarlas correctamente? 

P.D.: están trabajando con Chromebooks.

I realize that you have to make money somehow. I pay a subscription price. I believed I could copy and paste the worksheet and my students would not get advertising (which is making it difficult for them to use and, because of the ads, Go Guardian sometimes blocks the website). Am I incorrect in assuming that because I pay a subscription, my students will not get advertising?

I want to add my students. but I dont want to sahre their emails and last names?

how can I do this? Parents and schools dont like sharing emails. 

is there a i way i can add the students?? otherwise i need to cancel my account
