HOW CAN I JOIN A GROUP

Recently, I have been experiencing a recurring issue when my learners finish their exercises. An advertisement appears and cannot be closed, forcing them to exit and redo the exercise from the beginning. This creates a very poor learning experience when studying and completing assignments on Liveworksheets.
If this issue cannot be fixed, it would be unfortunate that I may have to stop using an otherwise very good application that I have paid for.
Please help me resolve and improve this issue.

I sent my students a custom link to complete a task, fill in their names, and click “Finish”, which should have sent their work to me automatically. However, I haven’t received any submissions, even after asking them to try again. Parents confirmed the students completed it.

Could you please check why the submissions aren’t coming through?

My student wants to join one of my groups but the system says there is no group with that group code. The same happens when I want to add him to the group. What can I do?

My students are having the error below when they click Finish button. It stay loading and never ends, Even though it shows the results, it's not saved. So basically my students are unable to save their homework.

Hello guys. Does anyone know if it's possible to create 100-% grading scale for evaluating the result, not 1 to 10? The "Boost Value" option doesn't seem to work this way.
