We are working on the issue of accessing your workbook page so you can delete workbooks to fit in the parameters of the subscription you wish to subscribe to.

Hi, I can't access any of my workbooks because I have too many for the free subscription and my current subscription is expired. But I need to access the workbooks to be able to delete them. How can I do that? Also I have way too many worksheets for the current subscription. I have started deleting them but is there a way to select more than one worksheet to delete at once? I have to delete over 200 worksheets and 1 by 1 is very tedious. Thanks in advance to anyone who can assist.

Hola! Mi alumnado tiene habilitados cuadernos en varias asignaturas. Yo he creado otro en mi asignatura pero no sé cómo hacer para compartirlo: les doy el código, el programa les pide su usuario y contraseña pero no acceden a mi cuaderno. Yo ya he añadido al alumnado. Gracias!!!

Nos habían bloqueado la cuenta y nos queremos dar de alta en Teacher 250, pero No nos dejan porque tenemos 200 fichas en privado y solo se pueden tener 125. He mandado un mensaje de recuperación de cuenta, y ya nos dejan acceder a ella, pero la única opción que me da es eliminar fichas, y no queremos eliminar las queremos pasarlas a públicas para no perderlas, pero esa acción no no te permite. ¿Le ha pasado alguien más más?
