How to use the LiveWorksheets’ Google Classroom Integration

If you’ve ever wished you could assign interactive worksheets and keep track of student progress without juggling multiple platforms, you’re not alone. Teachers often spend more time managing tools than actually teaching.

That’s why we’re excited to share how LiveWorksheets’ new Google Classroom integration can streamline your workflow and make lesson planning and grading much easier.

This feature allows teachers to share interactive worksheets directly with Google Classroom, manage student submissions, and even sync grades all without leaving the tools you already use every day.

Here’s a closer look at how it works.

Assign Worksheets

With LiveWorksheets integrated into Google Classroom, sharing worksheets with your students is as easy as a few clicks. From your LiveWorksheets dashboard, you can select the worksheet you want to assign, click “Share to Google Classroom,” and your connected classes appear automatically.

There’s no need to copy links or upload files manually, everything is handled for you. Students receive the assignment in Google Classroom just like any other activity, making the transition to digital learning smooth and hassle-free.

Manage Classes and Students Efficiently

One of the biggest advantages of this integration is roster syncing. LiveWorksheets automatically pulls your class rosters from Google Classroom. This means you can assign worksheets to an entire class or choose specific students in just a few steps.

Because the integration uses Google Classroom’s rostering system, student data remains protected. No information is stored outside Google’s environment, keeping your workflow safe and compliant.

Grading and Progress Tracking

Teachers with a LiveWorksheets account can take advantage of automatic grading. When a student completes an assignment, LiveWorksheets grades it and sends the results back to Google Classroom. Grades appear in both platforms, saving you from duplicating work and giving you a real-time snapshot of student progress.

How to Share Worksheets to Google Classroom

Here’s a step-by-step guide to get you started:

  •  Go to  LiveWorksheets.com and log in.
  • Click My Dashboard to access your worksheets and classes
  • Select My Worksheets to view your saved or created worksheets
  • Click the options menu on the worksheet you want to share
  • Choose Share to Google Classroom to start the process
  • Confirm by clicking Share to Google Classroom again
  • Sign in to your Google account when prompted. If needed, click Use another account
  • Enter your email and password to log in securely
  • Return to LiveWorksheets and click Open Worksheet Sharing Options
  • Search for a student or classroom or select from your linked Google Classroom courses.

And that’s it! Your worksheet is now assigned, and your students can start working on it right away.
