Can't select level
Good morning,
Since yesterday I'm trying to create a worksheet but when I have to select the level to be able to continue everything is just blank. I can't continue because I should select the level, but there's no level to select. I thought it was maybe a temporary error yesterday, but I see today it stays the same.
I was actually thinking about buying a plan because I find the site really useful, but I have to be sure I can trust it works before paying so much money.

Thank you for letting us know, and sorry for the trouble over the last couple of days.
You were right that it wasn’t on your side. Our security protection was wrongly blocking the request that loads the list of levels, leaving that step blank for some teachers.
We’ve found the cause and fixed it, and you should now be able to select a level and carry on creating your worksheet.
If the list still looks empty, please reload the page (Ctrl + F5 on Windows, Cmd + Shift + R on Mac) or try a private/incognito window, in case your browser kept the old version.
