Podría recuperar cuentas de alumnos eliminados o ya es imposible?

I refreshed many saved pages in Liveworksheets by doing the following:

1, going into the sheet

2. moving a text bubble and saving it

3. moving the text bubble back to it's rightful place and re-saving it

I did this for many sheets on August 2nd and August 3rd, but many of those sheets have disappeared since then.  I had emailed Liveworksheets to ask about sheets being purged, because it happened to me in the past, and it was recommended to me to do the above to avoid purging of the sheets.  Please assist in restoring these pages. I would like to have confidence in Liveworksheets that when I create a sheet, it will remain--as long as it remains fresh within the 3-month period.  (I understand that sheets can be purged if they have not been actively used in 3 months. My missing sheets were there on August 2nd and 3rd, and I refreshed them, but now--just 11 days later--they are gone!! Please assist.  Those sheets are linked into an online course.  Thank you.

How do I make my worksheets undownloadable?

Dear Live Worksheet Team,
    It's the first time I use the mp3 player feature in my worksheet. I like it. Unfortunately, my students can't listen to some of the audio file, eventhough I can listen to all of the audio file in my live worksheet template.
    I attach the video recording for you to analyze what's going on. I'm looking forward to your quick response and can fix the problem ASAP.

i wanna know if there is any way to know the correct answers of a worksheet that is not yours

School is starting this week, and I am urgently trying to update one of my existing worksheets. Unfortunately, after I removed the original PDF and uploaded the new one, I was unable to complete the update. The system keeps showing an error message (please see the attached screenshot for details).

Since the original PDF has been removed, the worksheet is currently inaccessible, and the customer link is unavailable. Here is the information about the worksheet:

I’ve just realised the YouTube videos I’ve been using for listening exercises and other activities are showing up with… subtitles! I imagine Youtube adds them by default, but I was wondering if there’s perhaps a way to turn them off within the Liveworksheets platform.
