Tenemos problemas cuando mandamos fichas a través de la Plataforma Google Classroom, hay veces que los alumnos, después de acceder al enlace de la ficha, y aceptar el uso de su cuenta gmail educativa, al picar en finalizar ficha no envía la nota a la plataforma, ni marca la tarea como finalizada en Classroom. El problema existe con algunas fichas sí y con otras no, por eso no sabemos a qué puede deberse.

While I appreciate your team's ongoing efforts to enhance and improve Liveworksheets, the new layout changes have unfortunately created severe usability issues that significantly impact daily workflow.

Specifically, we have encountered the following critical issues with the new interface:

• Inability to reorder pages: It is no longer possible to change the order of pages within a worksheet, making document organization extremely difficult.

• Hidden page management: Once pages are hidden, they cannot be rearranged or properly organized.

These functions are essential for creating and structuring effective learning materials. As it stands, these bugs make the platform very difficult to use efficiently.

Could you please let us know if these issues are currently being addressed or if there is a timeline for resolving them? Alternatively, if there is a workaround available in the meantime, we would greatly appreciate your guidance.

I have the free account and as I understand it I am suppose to be able to share worksheets with a lot of students for free. It does not work though and I am struggeling with understanding why? Could you help me please?

When trying to custrom a link for my students I get this message and I don't know what the problem is. I have been doing it the same way for the past years, and now it's not working.

I miss some of the editing options that were available before, moving pages and also hide all pages and show all pages. When are you going to provide them again? they were really helpful. Thankyou

Good morning!

Some of my students have disappeared from my groups and they do not have access to my workbooks or any of the worksheets they have already completed. How do I get them and their work back? Or  is all their work gone for good?

Cuando ingresé a activar las worksheets, noté que el layout de la página había cambiado. No encuentro la opción de cambiar de posición las actividades. Podrían indicarme cómo hacerlo ahora.
