Hi there. I want to let you know that problems when saving daya has become increasingly constant. When the students  finish their activity they upload it and check it but the answers dissapear. Sometimes I enter to their notebook and grade and save it and it appears, but sometimes it doesn´t. They have showed me the activities form their tablets and the only thing that appears is the grade. If you could help me to understand why this happens, or how to avoid that. 

Dear Sir/Madam, I would like to know why my students are seeing adverts while completing their worksheets. I am a paid subscriber and was assured that there wouldn't be any. I don't see adverts on my page, but my students do. I created an assignment for them and attached it to my Google Class.

I am writing to ask for your help regarding an evaluation that I assigned to two of my classes (7A and 7D) through Liveworksheets.

The name of the evaluation is:
“Listening Skills – Tone, intention, implicit meaning (MET-style practice)”

It was assigned inside the workbook:
“Listening Skills and Reading Workshops”

Unfortunately, after my students had already completed the evaluation, I accidentally unassigned the activity from both groups. Since then, I have not been able to access or view their results anymore.

I would like to know:

• Is there any way to recover the students’ submitted results?
• If I reassign the evaluation to the groups, will the previous results appear again?
• Or are the results permanently deleted once the assignment is removed?
• As the teacher and owner of the workbook, is there any way for me to regain access to those completed submissions?

This evaluation was already presented by the students, so recovering the results is very important for my grading process.

Hi, I have forgotten my password and have clicked on the button "reset your password". I've got the email, pressed on the link and tried to change the password, but I need my old password to change to a new one. As it is, I don't have the old one. So what can I do? Please help.

1. Bacalah setiap petunjuk dan soal pada E-LKPD dengan teliti sebelum menjawab soal.

2. Pastikan perangkat chromebook dan koneksi internet dalam kondisi baik agar proses pengerjaan tidak terganggu.

3. Isilah identitas diri secara lengkap pada bagian yang telah disediakan.

4. Pelajari materi yang tersedia pada E-LKPD, baik berupa teks, gambar, maupun video pembelajaran, sebelum menjawab pertanyaan.

5. Kerjakan setiap soal sesuai dengan instruksi yang diberikan.

6. Tuliskan jawaban secara lengkap dan sesuai dengan pemahamanmu.

7. Periksa kembali jawaban sebelum mengirimkan atau mengumpulkan E-LKPD.

8. Klik tombol kirim/submit setelah semua soal selesai dikerjakan.

Why can't I delete students?

Hello, I am having problems seeing my students´ results. I have refreshed this page and have even logged in and logged out, deleted cookies etc. For some reason my groups don´t show up.

Please let me know if there´s anything I can do to fix this.
