I've been using workbooks for a couple of years and everything worked fine. This year, many students are doing the exercises in my workbooks and their work is not saved. I don't understand why. I don't see their work

Les escribo porque desde el curso pasado tenemos una incidencia con las fichas. Cuando los alumnos abren una de varias páginas, no pueden bajar a la siguiente y, a veces, lo hemos conseguido reduciendo el zoom pero, haciendo esto, no se pueden ver las opciones de los ejercicios. Por favor, ¿nos podrían dar alguna solución para poder utilizarlas correctamente? 

P.D.: están trabajando con Chromebooks.

I realize that you have to make money somehow. I pay a subscription price. I believed I could copy and paste the worksheet and my students would not get advertising (which is making it difficult for them to use and, because of the ads, Go Guardian sometimes blocks the website). Am I incorrect in assuming that because I pay a subscription, my students will not get advertising?

I want to add my students. but I dont want to sahre their emails and last names?

how can I do this? Parents and schools dont like sharing emails. 

is there a i way i can add the students?? otherwise i need to cancel my account

Hi. I cant get speaking activities to work, I've no idea what I'm doing wrong. WHen I try the activity - students given a statement and the say the question form - nothing happens when I click the mic button. The button pulses indocating it's recording, but there's no way to stop the recording. Any help apprciated.

Hi. I deleted my old students accounts and when I try to create new ones it tells me that that user name is already taken. I need to use the same user names cause I teach elementary and that user name followes the students from 1rst grade to 6th grade since I only have that user name for a particular student at the time and I always delete the old accounts I do not know waht the issue is.Plese Help!!!!!
