I've uploaded some worsheets and added blanks. And if I open it as my worksheet everything is fine, blanks stay in the necessary places. But when my students open it they see that everything is shifted. 

I uploaded 22 documents, worked on them and made me live worksheets. But on my account there are only 3 of them and a message appearing saying that "Sorry, there's no page here. (404)". Please i need your help. Thanks on advance

I have a few students who are repeating my class from last year. I realized they can see their workbooks and worksheets from last year, so I have clicked off their names. If I reassign the same workbook from last year, will they be able to see their answers from last year? If so, how can I reassign the same workbook so that they have to redo all the assignments this year?

I've been trying to delete/drop students. They just won't go away. Why???

mine was just charged on the 27th and I do not want it. Can I get some money back or if i cancel then it just cancels it but not reinbursed for the months I did not use it for?

I have roughly 30 students and about 10 of them cannot make an account.  We have triple checked password requirements and cannot figure out why they are not being accepted.  Again this is effecting about a third of my students.  

I was trying to find a way for me to add the students in on my side but I can't find that either.

Please advice on how to get these remaining students added to my class.
