How can I see the answers of the pupils when they send the worksheet

Subject: Technical Issue: Student PDF Download and Combined Answer Display (Standard Plan)

Dear LiveWorksheets Support Team,

I am a Standard Plan subscriber. I am writing to report two critical issues regarding my students' experience with Interactive Workbooks:

1. Students cannot download their completed worksheets as PDF:

• I cannot find the option"Allow PDF download" option in the Workbook settings.

• My students cannot find any download icon or button after finishing their assignments. They only see the "Poor/Good" grade and the "Repeat Exercise" button.

2. Correct answers do not display alongside student errors automatically:

• I want my students to see their wrong answers (in red) and the correct answers simultaneously upon submission.

• Currently, they have to manually click a button to see the right answers, and it does not show their original mistakes alongside the corrections in a single view. This is crucial for their exam revision.

Could you please check my account settings and clarify:

• Where exactly should the "Download PDF" icon appear on the student’s interface after they finish a workbook assignment?

• How can I ensure the PDF download includes both the student's input and the system's "Answer Key" corrections?

I look forward to your prompt assistance as I have students in Shanghai and Malaysia actively using this for IGCSE Biology.

are the messages in NOTIFICATIONS being deleted automatically?

in recent months,I have found that the notifications disappear and I cannot keep track of all the students that have done work in order to comment on like I used to be able to. The last "deletion" was on February 25, and I know that I DID NOT DELETE ANYTHING!

When I clik the Next button, Last button, or any number at the bottom of my first page on the workbooks or groups sessions, it shows me the error "no workbooks" and "There's no group yet". It's supposed to show me the other groups or workbooks, but I don't have access to them.
 

I have 3 accounts with you, they're all linked to the same school, and the issue is going on no matter what account I use.

The problem has been going on for over 3 weeks. I attatched one picture on "my workbook" session, however, it also happens in "My students" session. Since it doesn't allow me to upload more than one image, I wasn't able to show you the error it gives me after I click Next. But it says "No workbooks", and there are a lot of more workbooks

I am having trouble to reset my old password to a new one.

They asking for the old one, of course I don t remember!  This is a paid website I shouln't have any problems.

Please I need to reset my old password and make a new one!
