I selected and saved the Time zone of Locale settings as Seoul from the school account and the linked teachers' accounts, but the students' assignment submission time does not match the local time. Before the update, the time matched the local time, but after the update, it does not match the Seoul time here in Korea.
How can I match the time?
Please reply as soon as possible.

How can I pause my subscription? And I want to save my all worksheets ..is it possible ?

It's not that I don't understand the nature of your digital subscription service, but I want to explain my [email protected] account.

I was forced to buy a live worksheet license by a fellow teacher ([email protected] ) in early August last year, so I bought it from my school budget. However, it was a budget compulsion, and the account has never used the service since it was purchased last year, until now, when it was automatically updated. I was told that the [email protected] account he used last year has been refunded for the automatic renewal. He will definitely make the purchase this year again from other school's budget(even if it may not be the same account).

So I request a purchase refund for my account. Sincerely.

I encountered a problem where the audio files in our listening exercises cannot be opened. I kindly ask the admin to approve the audio files for our exercises.

I have had a saving problem after editing a worksheet, so I asked you about it last week, and you said it was because I didn't enter the correct answer values. I'm sending you some captured images of editing and saving problem. 
In the attachment, "Saving Problem-01" is the screen where I made some edits and I clicked the "SAVE" or "SAVE AND VIEW" button and nothing happened. After I click "SAVE" or "SAVE AND VIEW", I'm back to the file as it was before I edited it, and all the answers I entered are gone. I've done the same thing several times, and I've tried working on different computers. I'm having this problem over and over again, and it's preventing me from creating new worksheets or even editing existing ones. 
I would appreciate a quick response.

Hello I have a question for the plans 

I am a monthly payment subscriber! 

If I use up 125 worksheets  a month, I wonder if 125 worksheets will be created the next month.. I am little bit confused that's why I am asking you here.. 

Hi I have a question for the subscription! If I cancle the subscription, my workbooks will be lost and can't use them anymore? Or workbooks are saved and it's able to use it when I pay it again?
