Hi - I used to have the free account and now I got a paid account from my school. How do I merge both accounts?

Hi I have made many worksheets with MP3file-questions. Now the mps3 of 2 worksheet doesn't work anymore. I have visited also the other website. Not all the worksheet are transferred. Shall the remain one transfer later? Can i steel make worksheets on the oringinal website? On the new website i can't listen to any mp3 file that i had added to the worksheet. Can you please help us, because we have working for hours to make this digital excerises. Thanks very much

One of my students accidentally clicked the finished button before finishing the exercise. I tried to resend the exercise using the repeat exercise function, however it doesn't seem to work. Is there any other way that I can get her to repeat the exercise?

I have a doubt! After transition, will the original worksheet links stay the same? I have already hyperlinked them to all my teaching material.

Hola! en la nueva página tenemos que crear todo de nuevo o LW "arrastra" los Grupos y Workbooks que ya tenemos hechos? Cómo va a funcionar la transición y cuándo será hecha? Agradezco la información para poder estar preparada y por si es necesario hacer cambios con mis estudiantes. Saludos.
