I am unable to add new  students due to the update how can I do so?

I´ve been having problems with students and parents. they say the platform changes their grades, many worksheets are not workable in their iphones, and many worksheets just show a circle going around but they cannot do any work. I think we deserve and explanation of what is happening and when the site is going to work properly. i had to go back to physical worksheets.

I want you to add a new update menu. To tell all of us that Have you made some improvements, fixes, or anything new? Because at this moment we do not know what you are doing and what problems have been done or solved. Even if you answer questions in the community, it's still not as clear as having The menu informs users of new news and I think this new menu is very useful for all users.

I recently removed a student to create it again because He was having problems to log in. Now, it shows that the user and the email are taken but I'm pretty sure it isn't because it's a really complicated user... I can not see how to fix it! Is there anything else I need to do to erase the previous one completely?
