Hello.

I have no idea why, but I’m having trouble paying the subscription fee. I’ve updated payment info multiple times, I even added an alternative card - still no luck. I have contacted your support 4 times so far but got just got one answer,  from Igor just once.  Maybe there is a link I can use to pay for it manually? I’ve never had such issues before.

The students were unable to enter their names on the test because there was no field displayed for them to input their names.

Why notifications menu is always empty? When I click on the "bell" it always display an empty menu and my students are making workseehts from my workbooks.

I sent a custom link to my students but they kept on getting an error message that they should type their name but there's no textbox wherein they could type their name

How to try math

I set the answer for 'speak' to Chinese, but after saving, I found that when I spoke in Chinese, it still displayed in English.

In recent days, when I assign worksheets to students, the answers in the worksheets in My workbook are cleared - they became "value" (answers in the worksheets in My worksheets are still remained).

Plz find the matter in attached pictures.

I put in for a small school subscription price of $77 and now when I click on it, it is $132. Is that correct??

 Also I tried to purchase it and it says I have to delete my old account and get a new one??
