Hi , I haven't created a new worksheet in along time, and I can't anymore since the system doesn't upload my PDF file. Why can't I attach a PDF file  when I create a new worksheet? 

I have inserted the sound. It doesn't work on the computer and on the mobile phone

We have a sound problem. It worked until now. Now something has happened. It doesn't work on my laptop, but it works on my mobile phone. What should we do? Please for your help and answer. Thank you.

My students can't create an account. They receive a message saying that their email  has alreaday been used. Two years ago with another teacher and at an another school they had an account with the same email. How can I include the students in the class I have created?

Hola, cuando mis alumnos me mandan tareas, me aparece el tiempo que han tardado en hacerlas y la hora en qué las han hecho. La hora está mal, ya que muchas veces me aparece una hora en la qué yo aún no les había puesto la tarea. Creo que adelanta el tiempo 6 horas exactamente. Me gustaría saber como arreglar este aspecto.
