Su página cobro mas de 35 veces, aún continúa cobrando, fueron mas de $670 dólares, su página se encuentra vulnerada, ya no es segura para los maestros!

Su página hizo decenas de cobros duplicados, aproximadamente 700 dólares y no deja de cobrar, su página o cuenta ya no es segura, quizás la tienen jackeada o vulnerado.

Necesito urgentemente apoyo.

I have been charged 34X (times) for my simple $7 fee and cannot find a telephone number to tell LIVEWORKSHEETS to STOP!!

I was charged for my subscription 10 times until I blocked it. They are still trying to charge me once per minute. What is happening? This is an issue that needs to be resolved urgently, and the money must be refunded. This mistake is unacceptable and could cause serious problems for many people.

I have one active subscription on Live Worksheets, only one, but on March 29, 2026, Live Worksheets charged my card 15$ seven (7) times. I would like a refund for the excess charges and an explanation as to how this happened. When we link a card to our accounts, we trust you to keep our data safe and manage payments properly. What happened? Why was I charged 7 times, when I only have one subscription?

Your negligence caused me a lot of hassle, because I had to have my card blocked and request a replacement, plus dispute the charges which may or may not be credited back to me. This was an incredibly upsetting experience and I expect you to show accountability for your mismanagement of my payments.

Even though I've followed the instructions thoroughly, when I save my work, the text inside de Drop boxes isn't shown, which renders the whole worksheet unusable. Photo of worksheet's student view attatched.
