Hi. I created a class and sent the code to my students. But they can't join the group. What can I do

Please help My students can't log in

Good morning. 

Lately, we have started to have problems with many studentes. We use chromebooks in the school.

When they try to log in, they get a message "There was a problem with your form submission.

Please wait 300 seconds and try again. "

After waiting more than 300 seconds, the problem doesn't get solved. Even after some days :(

Is there anything I can do to fix this?

For the last three days every time my students try to log in they receive a message saying they must wait 300 second, when they try again they receive the same message.

Can I make my own worksheet on this website if I am free?

Unable to insert worksheet data. It keeps showing an error. Please correct.

Hace ya una semana que al intentar crear una hoja de trabajo me es imposible porque no se me abren los desplegables asignatura (subject) y contenido principal (main content).

¿Sabeis cómo puedo solucionarlo?

Here is what they keep writing to me: 

You have an unpaid old subscription. Please buy a new subscription to continue using the LiveWorksheets service.

I have always had the FREE subscription (OVER 4 YEARS), So now, I can't do much with this site. 

Please could you fix the problem. 

I haven't used it in a long time because pf this problem.
