Hello! I'm facing this problem not for the first time when an audio recording attached to a worksheet doesn't play and isn't even displayed. The audio recording is original, made specifically for the test, and in the correct format. I can see and listen to it in the worksheet editing mode, but when viewing it in the test-taking mode, even the audio playback icon is missing. I'm attaching the screenshots. Please help me resolve this issue as soon as possible; we really need the audio for our home dictations.

I am experiencing an issue with ads that keep appearing during the homework section. When the students click on the first question, the ad appears. please help thank you

Problem with students recovering their passwords

Dear Liveworksheets team,

I am writing to ask for your help with a problem we are experiencing at our school. Our students are unable to recover their passwords because all external emails are blocked by our school’s security system. Only emails from the domain @escolajoanmiro.cat are allowed.

Could you please let us know how we can solve this situation so that our students can access their accounts again? Is there an alternative way to reset their passwords without receiving an external email?

Tengo un alumno (toro gorka) que no puede entrar a los cuadernos asignados porque la pagina me dice que el alumno tiene que verificar el email. Pero no le llega ningun email al correo.

¿Me lo podeís verificar vosotros para que pueda usar la pagina web? He mirado su configuración y está todo correcto.

El pasado 8 de febrero realizamos la contratación de School Medium. Se nos envió un ticket como justificante de pago a nuestro correo electrónico pero necesitamos una factura en la que aparezca nuestro CIF S3199240G. Nuestra cuenta para que podáis comprobar la contratación es: cpermitg. Como centro educativo necesitamos justificar nuestros pago a través de una factura. En años pasados sí que nos dejaba descargarla a través del correo electrónico de confirmación que nos enviábais, pero ahora ya no.

I can't find most of "My favorite worksheets".

What happened?

I have noticed that many of my previous worksheets saved as favorite are not available anymore. 

The worksheets weren't my own.They're just from other teachers and I saved them to use with my students. But I have recently realized that just some of them are available and the others aren't and now I don't know where to find them.
