Is it not possible to see a student's password in the new version? I had to use that very often as ss forget very frequently.

En la anterior versión se podía personalizar el enlace cuando querías compartir, para que directamente te llegara al correo sin tener que escribir el correo.

En la nueva versión no encuentro donde....

How could I change the  student username?

 Buenas tardes,

por error me he suscrito a una cuenta de profesor cuando quería un plan de escuelas. Llevo dos semanas escribiendo tanto en la web como al mail de atención al cliente, y no consigo recibir ninguna respuesta para conseguir un reembolso y cambiar el tipo de plan.

Si alguien ha conseguido que se ponga en contacto con ellos atención al cliente de esta plataforma, podría indicarme el sistema. De momento me parece un servicio nefasto en este sentido.

Hello, I really liked your worksheets. Is there any problem in downloading the worksheets and giving them as activity sheets to my students? Does it contain any copyright?

Hi! Thank you for the lively and lovely website. Although I was registered I’ve started creating mine only recently. I’ve used drag and drop twice on a worksheet, however the first exercise shows cuts (where the drag element was set)from other parts of the page rather that the words I wrote (that are hidden behind). However on the same worksheet in a different exercise it works fine. I hope you could tell me what went wrong the first time (I tried to erase it several times, it didn’t display the hidden content as before). Thanks

Cuando mis alumnos hicieron sus cuentas, les enviarnos dos mails: uno para verificar la cuenta, y otro para confirmar el correo y que les llegaran notificaciones, en ningún momento decía que era un paso importante p que les iban a bloquear la cuenta si no lo hacían, era UNCIAMENTE para recibir notificaciones. Ahora tengo alumnos a los que les están enviando avisos para avisarles que les van a bloquear la cuenta por no haber confirmado su email. ¿Qué pueden hacer para recuperarlas? 

Estoy muy decepcionada de esta versión, pague una suscripción porque pensé que iba a tener mejor servicio, y he batallado mucho y no he tenido los resultados que esperaba :(
