Good evening.  My last Liveworksheets payment below did not go through, and I'd like to pay it. How can I do this?

I would like to have full functionality restored a.s.a.p.  Apologies for the failed payment attempt.

My subscription renewal failed twice.
Now the order is stuck as “needs payment” and there is no option to pay or renew.
I have re-added the card and made sure it's valid.

Could you please cancel or reset the pending order so I can complete the payment? Or please advise what shall I do otherwise.

Yesterday I could click VIEW to see a student's answers on a worksheet in my mailbox. But today, there is only an option for edit and remove. Nothing happens when I click EDIT.

Today I was preparing to grade my students' assignments, but unexpectedly, I couldn't open the completed tasks. The page remained stuck on the "my mailbox" page, and now I'm very worried.

I created accounts for my classes.  We tried to get on today, and when we clicked the sign-in button, none of their accounts would even open for them to try to sign in.  We went to liveworksheets.com and clicked sign in, and nothing happened.  We have been trying since 8 o'clock this morning.  Are we doing something wrong?

My teacher sent me a group link and i don't know how to join because i already createdmy account

Students are having issues logging in their accounts. When they click on "student" it doesn't show the login to type their credentials.

I am a teacher with a paid Liveworksheets account, and I am experiencing persistent login issues with student accounts on Android tablets, specifically when using Firefox.

What is happening:

• Student login works inconsistently or not at all

• We are required to reset student passwords repeatedly

• Even after a successful login, logging out and signing in a different student on the same tablet often fails

• In some cases, after one failed attempt, the original student also cannot log back in

What we have already tried:

• Clearing browser cache and cookies

• Restarting the browser and the tablet

• Using Firefox incognito mode (this worked once, but could not be replicated consistently)

• Signing out and back in

• Confirming that usernames and passwords are correct

This issue occurs for all students, on all tablets, and appears to be related to session handling when multiple students use the same Android device.

Because we work with young students / pre-readers, repeated login failures are very disruptive to lessons.

Questions:

1. Is this a known issue with Liveworksheets student accounts on Android tablets (especially Firefox)?

2. Are there recommended browser settings or supported browsers for Android that improve student login stability?

3. Does Liveworksheets recommend using Custom Links or workbooks instead of student logins on shared tablets?

4. Is there any planned fix or best practice for schools using shared Android devices?

We would really appreciate any guidance you can provide, as we value the platform and want to use it in the most stable way for our students.
