Hello Liveworksheets Team, I am experiencing an error when trying to create a new worksheet. After clicking “Create worksheet”, the page shows the message: “Oops, something went wrong. Check your browser's developer console for more details.” In the browser console, I see repeated errors like: - Blocked by CORS policy - 403 (Forbidden) - Access to https://ex.ingage.tech/v1/openrtb from origin https://www.liveworksheets.com I have tried: - Refreshing the page - Disabling browser extensions (ad blocker) - Using Incognito mode - Using another browser But the issue still occurs. Could you please check if there is a server-side issue or ongoing maintenance related to this feature? Thank you for your help. Best regards, [Nur Aini]

My student wants to join one of my groups but the system says there is no group with that group code. The same happens when I want to add him to the group. What can I do?

Absolutely inconvenient site. Sorry. A lot od ad and even dificult to sign in. Difficult to find a button how to do it. Simplicity should be your logo. I am sorry

I can't receive the result of students from the notification of liveworksheet although they send correctly to my email

Can I import students from Google Classroom?

I cannot log in to my account. My students cannot log in to their accounts. This happened in the past and I was told I had too many sessions open. I do not know how to close the sessions. Is their a button I can click on that can tell me if I have more than one session open?

I have the paid account. I thought that was the problem before, but it is happening again. Please let me know what to do.

I have been considering buying the standard plan to get rid of the ads.  My students have not been able to use the site this year because the ads are making their old laptops run too slowly.  I am wondering if I will be able to cancel the plan if it doesn't help.  

Many of my students (in China on iPads) are seeing this version of the website instead of the normal version. Is there anything they can do to see the user-friendly view ofthe site? When they see this list, they are not able to complete the worksheets or even see their workbook. I have been using it with about 90 students, and about half of them can see the correct version of the website, while the other half see this list-looking version. 

Please adviseme on how to help them.
