I was charged for my subscription 10 times until I blocked it. They are still trying to charge me once per minute. What is happening? This is an issue that needs to be resolved urgently, and the money must be refunded. This mistake is unacceptable and could cause serious problems for many people.
I have one active subscription on Live Worksheets, only one, but on March 29, 2026, Live Worksheets charged my card 15$ seven (7) times. I would like a refund for the excess charges and an explanation as to how this happened. When we link a card to our accounts, we trust you to keep our data safe and manage payments properly. What happened? Why was I charged 7 times, when I only have one subscription?
Your negligence caused me a lot of hassle, because I had to have my card blocked and request a replacement, plus dispute the charges which may or may not be credited back to me. This was an incredibly upsetting experience and I expect you to show accountability for your mismanagement of my payments.
I would like yo stop muy subscription. How can i do that?

Dear All,
I am finding problems with deleting learners who are not using Liveworksheets.com anymore. It does not seem to remove them either from the workbook or groups.
I also seem to be getting the maximum number of students message but it is also inaccurate as most students have been removed. It is definitely not updating the changes. I only need to add a few more learners.
Can you please assist? What else can I do to make the necessary changes.
