Students seeing their work from last year
I have a few students who are repeating my class from last year. I realized they can see their workbooks and worksheets from last year, so I have clicked off their names. If I reassign the same workbook from last year, will they be able to see their answers from last year? If so, how can I reassign the same workbook so that they have to redo all the assignments this year?

I'd suggest to create a new group, in that group you can add the new students for the period, and the ones who are repeting the course.
Once the new group is created, you can assign homework to that group as explained in this article below:
