I have inserted the sound. It doesn't work on the computer and on the mobile phone

when uploading a pdf, click save doesn't appear. so you can't select insert option

We have a sound problem. It worked until now. Now something has happened. It doesn't work on my laptop, but it works on my mobile phone. What should we do? Please for your help and answer. Thank you.

My students can't create an account. They receive a message saying that their email  has alreaday been used. Two years ago with another teacher and at an another school they had an account with the same email. How can I include the students in the class I have created?
