Can you please fix MP3 player? It doesn't work again.

I've tried adding mp3 files on this worksheet and there's no way to play them when the worksheet is finished.

Hello, I can't hear the listening comprehantion in the worksheets. I used to hear the same worksheets last year. My spearkers work at home and the speakers at school work as well, but we can't hear a thing? 

Can you help? 

I've created a worksheet with the drap and drop tool but when I saved the worksheet and when I wanted to try it, the different labels were empty (no text appeared). I've put the same text in the drag and the drop elements so I don't understand why nothing appears... Could you solve the problem or tell me what I did wrong? Thanks a lot!

Hola. Borro a un grupo entero de alumnos pero no se acaba de borrar del todo y no me deja añadir más alumnos porque estos no se han borrado del todo. He leído que tengo que borrar la papelera pero no la encuentro. También pone que actualice la página y lo hago pero tampoco. Gracias

The MP3 clips are not working on any of my worksheets.   Once you click finish, they work, but not while trying to complete the live worksheet.

In the past when the students clicked on the Finish button it would ask them to fill in the grade and my email. Now when they click the button they are asked to fill in their names but there is no place to fill in the details. Sometimes I get the answers to my mailbox and sometimes I don't . I don't know how to solve it.
