I see the audio of this listening task is only available in the section My Favourite Worksheets, where I have added that particular worksheet. Can you please explain why this happens and how I can fix it?

The system keeps messing up with sheets, and the response for tech support is, for lack of better words - lousy. I spend hours creating a sheet, your system deletes everything in it and tech support tells me to simply "upload'' all again because that's a 'broken" image? Give me a break! Super annoyed.
