I have removed 20 workbooks and now I have only 10 please update my account and allow me to open my workbooks please

Hello, Make sure you've deleted all of them. Check the recycle bin and delete them for good. Go to my subscription and make the necesssary changes. You don't need to wait for anybody to do anything. You do it yourself.
