Refund Request for Auto-Renewed Annual Subscription
Hello,
An automatic payment was made on March 19, 2026, and I canceled the subscription a few hours later. However, the annual fee of $77 was charged to the credit card I used at that time.
Could you please check whether I am eligible for a refund?
Also, if a refund is possible, I would like to know how long it usually takes for the refunded amount to be credited back to my card.
