You can try the following:
1. Make sure you are using the Google Chrome browser.
2. Refresh your browser, go to "My dashboard" at the top, then go to "Worksheets" and then click on "My Worksheets", Are the worksheets visible on your end?

Estimado equipo de soporte, agradezco las sugerencias brindadas; sin embargo, quiero expresar mi profundo malestar respecto a la situación actual. Llevo aproximadamente una semana con problemas para visualizar mis fichas de trabajo. En un inicio, no tenÃa acceso a ninguna de ellas, y aunque ahora solo visualizo una cuarta parte, la dificultad persiste. Esto a pesar de estar al dÃa en mis pagos y de haber reportado el incidente anteriormente en la plataforma. Considero que es fundamental mejorar el servicio que ofrecen, ya que este tipo de inconvenientes no deberÃa causar tantas dificultades ni requerir tanto tiempo para solucionarse. Quedo en espera de una pronta solución.
