Search For Answers

I tried to upload some powerpoint presentations from my OneDrive but they are not visible here in Liveworksheet. Whenever I try to upload them, the phrase "This element cannot be loaded now" or "this request is blocked". How can I solve this? 

Please I need an answer.

I would like to delete some worksheet but first I have already delete the media and now I can't find how can I do to delete the worksheet. This appears in grey on my screen but I can't open it because I delete the media first.

Have you got a solution for me?
