Search For Answers

Why aren't custom links working? I saved them in a document and now they don't work. I have been using them for years and suddenly they don't work and a message appears:

Sorry, there's no page here. (404)

"Oops! This page seems to have gone on vacation. 🏖️"

"While it's enjoying some time off, why not explore these other exciting places on our site?"

hyperlinks in Word won't open. displays an error. any ideas? thank you.

De mis 25 alumnos, tengo el caso de dos de ellos que no me llegan las respuestas. Hemos revisado el correo al que envían la ficha, es decir, el mío, y está correcto. No sé cómo solucionar el problema o donde está.

2. cuando intento crear una ficha me dice que solo puedo tener 5 imágenes, o que ya he cubierto el cupo de imágenes, por tanto no permite crear más fichas. Cuando elimino una imagen para poder crear una ficha nueva, se estropea la ficha anterior y además no permite eliminarla ya que al entrar en ella se queda pensando con el símbolo de Liveworksheets dando vueltas por lo que no puedo clicar DELETE/eliminar ni hacer nada. Como puedo resolverlo?

Some of my worksheets are missing. I can still find them using google search, but they do not open.

Will these problems be solved or I should create them one more time?

I can no longer see my students' work nor  make corrections, I cannot understand how you dare charge us for a platform that hasn¡t been working correctly since at least August and now it is simply dead.

Tengo creados tres cuadernos desde el curso pasado y quería reutilizarlos de nuevo pero cambiando las fichas. Esta vez intento asignarlas a los cuadernos y no encuentro la opción. No sé si ha cambiado la manera de adjuntar las fichas a un cuaderno determinado o hay algo que no estoy haciendo bien.

Hi,

I have been working months, every day long hours to create worksheets with YouTube and recordings. Now all the editing is gone. This is a disaster because teaching gives me my daily bread.

What is going on?

Are they really gone?

I have a course tomorrow on Zoom and I don't have even one usable worksheet!

There are more and more glitches on the website every day. 

The new glitch is that the worksheets the students complete don't open. In the " group results," I can see the grades received by the students, but when I try to open the worksheet in the workbook, it just doesn't.
