Buen dia no funciona la opcion "Tareas pendientes#

Hola a todos, Aun tengo problemas para asignar tareas a mis alumnos y para que las repitan (no les deja repetir ya que no les aparece asignado) a alguien mas le sigue pasando? esto me esta pasando desde hace mas de 15 dias

Hola a todos, Escribo en esta oportunidad para compartiles mi preocupación sobre la plataforma, no sólo por los problemas que hay constantemente sino por el soporte que tienen, el cual siempre responde muy tarde (2-5 días o más!) y normalmente no te dan solución. Tenemos dos problemas por el momento: 1) Los alumnos ven sus cuadernos duplicados desde Marzo - todavía no está resuelto. 2) Los alumnos hicieron una evaluación en una ficha dentro del cuaderno, recibimos la notificación con la calificación de LW pero cuando la abrimos figura incompleto como si no lo hubiera hecho. La respuesta de ellos es "tiene que completarlo de nuevo, lo siento". Hicimos una gran inversión y sacrificio para obtener las licencias de escuela y estamos muy decepcionados. Alguien más tiene estos problemas? O está obteniendo respuestas tardías y negativas/sin solución vía mail?

Hello everyone, I am writing here to share my concern about the platform which is having lots of problems but we are really worried about their support which is always really late and almost everytime with no complete solution. Two problems until now: 1) Students see their workbooks duplicated since March - still not solved 2) Student did a test on a worksheet in their workbook, I recieved the notificacion with the LW mark but when I enter it's incomplete as if they haven't done it. Their answer is "they have to complete it again, sorry". We did a great investment on school licenses and we are really upset. Is there anyone else with this problems? Or having the same delay and negative answers by email?

Buen dia, estoy intentando crear un liveworksheet, pero cuando selecciono el documento y le doy "enviar" este no se carga, ya comprobe si cumple con los requisitos y si los cumple. Lo he intentado varias veces y no me funciona

It's not letting me reset students' assignments. I give them two chances to do the assignment, but if they make below a 70 I usually reset it for them. The last three days it hasn't let me reset them.

Hi, I was creating my worksheet but this message keeps popping out every time I try to save it. I've filled the blank spaces with the answer already but I can't save it. I don't know what to do :( I've tried to redo it many times but it's not working at all. Please help me.
