We are trying to change the user of a student (we have a school account) and we can not see the option. It just gives us the possibility of changing the password.

I can't use website on 2 devices at the same time. For example laptop and mobile phone. I have to log out. It's really uncomfortable. Fix this please

The difference from the past is that although I have selected "show errors" and "Show right answers after checking the exercise", they cannot be displayed on the student side, and only red and green colors are used to display right and wrong answers on the teacher side. This way I spend a lot of time giving feedback.I hope the upgrade keeps those very convenient operations.

We are currently experiencing elevated error rates affecting search worksheets. Our team is working diligently to resolve these issues and restore normal operations as quickly as possible.

Before the renewal, the worksheet has a click button to see how to make worksheet with someone... but now i dont know where it is.... I think it's gone... 

Hello! May I kindly ask you when you can fix all issues?
1 my students can't join from my site
2 my students can't see workbooks though they are assigned
3 i can't upload a worksheet and start the process to make it interactive
4 mp3 doesn't work in old worksheets
5 i can't see any notifications when my student finishes the worksheet
6 when i go to notification i can't see the results. I have to join to student's account to check
 Will wait impatiently all your recommendations because i am desperate

After revewing the liveworksheet, the web browser screen has become too big on my cell phone. If I want to see full pictures ...I need to do lots of steps to do it.... I like the previous liveworksheet... it was ok to see full size of pictures and no problems..
