How could I change the student username?
Buenas tardes,
por error me he suscrito a una cuenta de profesor cuando quer铆a un plan de escuelas. Llevo dos semanas escribiendo tanto en la web como al mail de atenci贸n al cliente, y no consigo recibir ninguna respuesta para conseguir un reembolso y cambiar el tipo de plan.
Si alguien ha conseguido que se ponga en contacto con ellos atenci贸n al cliente de esta plataforma, podr铆a indicarme el sistema. De momento me parece un servicio nefasto en este sentido.

Hi! Thank you for the lively and lovely website. Although I was registered I鈥檝e started creating mine only recently. I鈥檝e used drag and drop twice on a worksheet, however the first exercise shows cuts (where the drag element was set)from other parts of the page rather that the words I wrote (that are hidden behind). However on the same worksheet in a different exercise it works fine. I hope you could tell me what went wrong the first time (I tried to erase it several times, it didn鈥檛 display the hidden content as before). Thanks

Cuando mis alumnos hicieron sus cuentas, les enviarnos dos mails: uno para verificar la cuenta, y otro para confirmar el correo y que les llegaran notificaciones, en ning煤n momento dec铆a que era un paso importante p que les iban a bloquear la cuenta si no lo hac铆an, era UNCIAMENTE para recibir notificaciones. Ahora tengo alumnos a los que les est谩n enviando avisos para avisarles que les van a bloquear la cuenta por no haber confirmado su email. 驴Qu茅 pueden hacer para recuperarlas?
Estoy muy decepcionada de esta versi贸n, pague una suscripci贸n porque pens茅 que iba a tener mejor servicio, y he batallado mucho y no he tenido los resultados que esperaba :(
Some of my students are telling me that their account got blocked, I guess it has to do with the fact that they didn't confirm their email, which is weird, because it said that they only needed to confirm in order to receive notifications. They did verify their account, but not the email. What can they do to get their account back?
I'm very disappointed, I payed a better version to have a better service, and it has been very bad :(
