can't add a student - trying to register for login but keep on getting error. i assigned counting numbers with characters for my other students and i didn't have problems registering them, i want to proceed with counting so i can easily remember each of them (in progression). why im now having an error?

Good afternoon. Is there a way, in the open questions, to consider them right when they are marked wrong in the students' submission? That is, if the text is different from what we wrote on the form, it will be considered wrong even if the student's answer is correct. Is there a way to get the right answer?
