    Buenas tardes, realmente no estamos contentos con los cambios tan radicales realizados a la plataforma, a los docentes se les borro toda la información de las actividades que los estudiantes habian presentado, la verdad no estamos interesados en continuar con el uso de la plataforma y solicitamos nos sea reintegrado el valor de la mensualidad que ustedes descontaron el día de hoy (27 de julio de 2023) de nuestra cuenta.   Agradecemos a ustedes la atención y pronta solución, pero ya la plataforma no cumple con nuestras expectativas.

    Apart from a disorganised dashboard where all the workbooks appear in a non alphabetical order which makes me waste time sifting through 98 of them, apart from not seeing the thembnails on the worksheets, all the mp3 files do not work. I hope this is solved soon as I cannot work with anything at the moment.

    Hi everyone! 
    Can anyone help me with the process of sending exercises? 
    Now I can't see the button "send". 
    My students tried to send me their homework, but they couldn't do that. 
    After they finished their homework, they clicked "email my answers to my teacher", filled in all information, but there wasn't the button "send". 
    What do we have to do? Any ideas? 

  • The information of the mailbox is a disaster

    All the information in the mailbox can't be seen  even if you open the worksheets. They look corrupted or the infomation that appears doesn't match the worksheet that was assigned.

    Hi. In my workbooks, the pages are not seen. Also, is there a way to hide certain pages in a workbook, because now  I can see only the option to hide all pages and to open all pages. In the old site this function was very useful , not it's missing.

    Hi. 90% of my workbooks were not transferred. All my hard work is lost. Is the transferring still in progress or there's no hope my workbooks are recovered? If so, I will stop my subscription.

  • Regarding the number of worksheets for the new site

    Evening, Like many, I am somewhat doubtful of the new site's layout, but I am open to it and to give it a try since it looks more aesthetic. My only concern is that I currently pay for a 250-private worksheets, and I've seen there is no such option for the new site. What will happen to all of them then? I heavily rely on them for my work so I'm worried that with this transition I won't be able to have that many or that I will lose the ones I have. I was even thinking about expanding to the 500-worksheet subscription, but I think it will also stop existing. I'd appreciate a response, thanks!
