Search For Answers

Many of my students (in China on iPads) are seeing this version of the website instead of the normal version. Is there anything they can do to see the user-friendly view ofthe site? When they see this list, they are not able to complete the worksheets or even see their workbook. I have been using it with about 90 students, and about half of them can see the correct version of the website, while the other half see this list-looking version. 

Please adviseme on how to help them.

Un estudiante perdió su contraseña, intento ayudar a recuper pero no puede, siempre me muestra error y no deja cambiar, solo me aaprece que debe tener mínimo 12 caracteres. He intentado el sigueinte modelo de contraseña pero nada. Que hace falta?

I accidently unassigned students from the workbook and lost their grades, can you please help.

Hi! I can't find two worsheets I've created. As far as I can remember, I didn't delete them. In fact, they are active in one of my workbooks but I can't find the worsheets. The name of the worksheets were "TEENS 4 - FINAL REVISION 2024 - FIRST PART" and "TEENS 4 - FINAL REVISION 2024 - SECOND PART", and the name of the workbook is "TEENS 4". From the workbook, on the edit section, I cannot change the background document.

Buenas, he creado un grupo pero no sé cómo se añaden los alumnos. Cómo puedo registrar a mis alumnos/as, ellos son pequeños y no pueden hacerlo por sí mismos.
