MY STUDENTS ARE MISSING .. I NEED TO PREPARE REPORTS WITH THAT INFORMATION... SOS

• The function Duplicate for workbooks doesn't work properly. 
• If the workbook has been created on the New site, by duplicating you get a new empty workbook.
• If the workbook comes from the Old site, by duplicating you get a new workbook with 2 (always the same) worksheets you've never added to any workbook.

Good evening. 

On new website there's a problem with correction. It's impossible to correct answers and write comments because the fixes are not saved.

I am trying to delete old private worksheets in order to keep my free account during the summer. When I click delete, it doesn't work and says this cannot be done. Any clue?

I have a free account and I cannot upload any more worksheets and I cannot even share it as Public. When I try to add a worksheet, it says your subscription is expired. I am doing summer activities program with kids and cannot share anything with them after moving to the new website. Could you please help me ? thanks!

My audio files don't work (The name of the worksheet is "worksheet 8"). I've tried to make new one with the same audio files but it has the same problem! I can't click play button and it doesn't work in Chrome or another browser.

I really used the "how was it made" button quite a lot and now it's gone.

the nice thing about this webpage was that it was accessible and user-friendly and everyone could do the exercises without having to create accounts. My students loved practicing exercises! they wanted to practice specific grammar concepts in their free time and didn't want to have to go through the burden of making accounts, many are older or senior adults that do not want to give personal information out.
