How to change email address to a different/new email address?

I want to keep my previous work books and access my worksheets.

Hi !

This is the first time after the updates I’m using liveworksheet.

But there is something wrong with the local time. I’ve tried to update and change the city , but I couldn’t find a solution. For example I adjusted a start time for a worksheet (21.30), when I clicked the link it shows the start time as 1.30 a.m

please help me

Morning! I've been uploading worksheets and often have to do it all over again, sometimes more than twice, because the SAVE and SAVE AND VIEW button DON'T WORK. I click the button but nothing happens.
Can someone tell me what's going on or how to fix this problem?

My school pays the teacher fees and they require from me to export the results of the workbook. Problem is: when we export as a csv, it isn't readable. isn't it possible to add it as an Excel? Every teacher knows how to use Excel! 

Could someone explain to me how to read the results in csv? I only have signs like "" or ,,

My student completed 2 worksheets on Friday, Dec 15th. They were sent properly (in fact, I saw they were in my mailbox) but now they aren't there. I don't know what happened and I really need them.
