How do students get the assignments assigned by teachers when not using email

Hi,

I am trying to add mp3 files into my worksheet. When I add a mp3 file and then choose it as the one I want in my worksheet, the website reloads and all the interactive elements I have added disappear.

Also, I have added the same mp3 file twice, how do I remove an mp3 file once added?

I use the "listen" function for the children to practice dictation (in Chinese). However, one student reported that with two-character words, he often only hears the pronunciation of the first character. He has tried Safari and Chrome; Safari has no sound, and Chrome only plays half of the sound. I've checked, and everything works fine on my own computer and iPad, so I don't know what the problem is.

Beginning from yesterday neither I nor the student can access the worksheets. I had great difficulty to access community section.

The students and I see the WS pages like this.

All my previous years worksheet is not appeared in the 'My Worksheet' and 'My Workbook' section. How to get it back?

I can see my students have completed a worksheet in their workbook but I can't see their actual answers - just their grade.  Also I thought I was able to comment on the worksheets so they could see my feedback.  How do I do this?

I HAVE BEEN WORKING WITH 'LIVEWORKSHEETS' SINCE 2020, BUT NOW I AM TRYING TO CREATE A WORKSHEET AND IT IS A HARD TASK.

I am using a Liveworksheet account with google email: [email protected] but unfortunately the mail was deactived as I couldn't receive any new mails. I have a big amount of my exercises with this mail. Could you please help me to log in this account by  my second mail: [email protected].

I've got 3 groups. I can add students, but I can't transfer students from one group to another. Transferring students between groups is impossible.

I have got 2 students who were Entry 1, but they're now in Entry 2 A. I can only take them out completely. Please help me.

I can't see anything in "my worksheets". This is the second time in two weeks. The website is currently unstable, and I need to use it for classes, so I'm really concerned.
