Hello,
Thanks for reaching out.
To make a worksheet not downloadable, please open it, then click on "Edit images and info", and make sure to untick "PDF Download". Finally scroll down and click on update.
I hope this helps, let us know if you have any questions.
Cheers.
Dear Igor,
thank you for the answer. I tried that option, but the problem is that it is impossible to untick PDF Download. If you uncheck Shared, then you can also uncheck PDF Download, but if you Share your wss, the system doesn't allow you to uncheck Download.
Hello,
Thanks for your message.
Can you provide me with the worksheet URL you are referring to? That way I can check that for you.
Thanks.
Hello.
All of my wss are like that.
Hello,
Thanks for the clarification.
First open the worksheet go to the "edit images and info" section.
Untick the shared checkmark, then untick "PDF download".
Finally scroll down and click on update.
In reply to Hello, Thanks for the… by Igor (LW Team)
I can only do that to 30 wss. What do I do with the others?
Before the updates, it was possible to share wss, but make them undownloadable. Why has this changed?
That really makes no sense. If you make a ws private, then nobody can download them anyway... Or it means that people can still see it and use it online, just can't download?..
