Good  day, I had 30 private worksheets in my account but now there are only 24 shown. Can you advise on why my worksheets are missing as these are important to complete  my assessement this term.

I had cancelled my account; however, I was charged a monthly fee.  Please I would like a refund for $7.00

Hello Liveworksheets Team, I am experiencing an error when trying to create a new worksheet. After clicking “Create worksheet”, the page shows the message: “Oops, something went wrong. Check your browser's developer console for more details.” In the browser console, I see repeated errors like: - Blocked by CORS policy - 403 (Forbidden) - Access to https://ex.ingage.tech/v1/openrtb from origin https://www.liveworksheets.com I have tried: - Refreshing the page - Disabling browser extensions (ad blocker) - Using Incognito mode - Using another browser But the issue still occurs. Recently, I have been experiencing a recurring issue when my learners finish their exercises. An advertisement appears and cannot be closed, forcing them to exit and redo the exercise from the beginning. This creates a very poor learning experience when studying and completing assignments on Liveworksheets.
If this issue cannot be fixed, it would be unfortunate that I may have to stop using an otherwise very good application that I have paid for.
Please help me resolve and improve this issue.

I sent my students a custom link to complete a task, fill in their names, and click “Finish”, which should have sent their work to me automatically. However, I haven’t received any submissions, even after asking them to try again. Parents confirmed the students completed it.

Could you please check why the submissions aren’t coming through?

My student wants to join one of my groups but the system says there is no group with that group code. The same happens when I want to add him to the group. What can I do?

My students are having the error below when they click Finish button. It stay loading and never ends, Even though it shows the results, it's not saved. So basically my students are unable to save their homework.

Error message: Opps, something went wrong. Check your browser's developer console for more details.

Hello guys. Does anyone know if it's possible to create 100-% grading scale for evaluating the result, not 1 to 10? The "Boost Value" option doesn't seem to work this way.

Many of my students have accounts, are in my class, are using the correct username and password, but they can't get past the login page. They click on the pinkish rectangle and nothing happens. I can see their workbooks and done worksheets. 

I was paying you but no longer have a paid account. Is this why? 

My IT people are working on it but they need to know more from you. Please advise. What should I do next, what can you do and what do you suggest IT do? Thanks.
