I need to recover a deleted group by mistale. How can I do it? I need to check the workbook assigned to them to evalutate.

For sometime now, about 2 months, I have not been able to repproduce any audio on this website. Everything loads well. etc 

My students hear the audio from their devices but I cannot from my device.

I usually use Google Chrome to load this website and everything else is working fine with other websites except this issue here aforementioned. Any suggestions?

Hello. I need assistance with adding another field reference to the Worksheet details. I would like to add a field reference Instructor or Teacher. Is this possible? I tried doing it via the edit images & info tool, but to no avail. I'd really appreciate some guidance as to how to add this. Thanks!

hi there! i have a problem whenever I assign a workbook and inside it, a specific activity. I want to change some features regarding configuration but I only get to change the day limit of all the activities I guess. How can I see each activity separately?

May I know why I cannot add students even existing students' number less than 100?
It's shows reaches maximum limit.

Hi there. I want to let you know that problems when saving daya has become increasingly constant. When the students  finish their activity they upload it and check it but the answers dissapear. Sometimes I enter to their notebook and grade and save it and it appears, but sometimes it doesn´t. They have showed me the activities form their tablets and the only thing that appears is the grade. If you could help me to understand why this happens, or how to avoid that.

I am writing to ask for your help regarding an evaluation that I assigned to two of my classes (7A and 7D) through Liveworksheets.

The name of the evaluation is:
“Listening Skills – Tone, intention, implicit meaning (MET-style practice)”

It was assigned inside the workbook:
“Listening Skills and Reading Workshops”

Unfortunately, after my students had already completed the evaluation, I accidentally unassigned the activity from both groups. Since then, I have not been able to access or view their results anymore.

I would like to know:

• Is there any way to recover the students’ submitted results?
• If I reassign the evaluation to the groups, will the previous results appear again?
• Or are the results permanently deleted once the assignment is removed?
• As the teacher and owner of the workbook, is there any way for me to regain access to those completed submissions?

This evaluation was already presented by the students, so recovering the results is very important for my grading process.
