In general, all students complain about the new worksheet validation: it is very slow.

Is there any possibility to make it faster?

I DONT UNDERSTAND THIS NEW THING, BEFORE IS MUCH EASIER. BUT THIS I TRIED MANY TIME BUT STILL CAN NOT , ITS ALWAYS SAYS THAT MUST DO THIS DO THAT AFTER UPLOAD BUT I STILL CANT MAKE A WORKSHEET

One of mu student who has been on liveworksheets since september 2023, no longer appears on my list and cannot log in. No email for replacemnt password etc arrives. He has used workshhets without any problems until today.

I cannot send my answers sheet to my teacher. when I finish, it didn't show any boxes of name or email. Can you check it 

How can I recover a student's workbook?  I removed him from a grup to add to another and now his workbook is gone.

Some months ago, when I did a worksheet and I wanted to see the correct answers introduced by the author in “HOW WAS IT MADE” section, the answers were shown and it was easy to check them and learn from the mistakes too.

However, I’m having problems to see these answers these days and it says “TEXTFIELD ELEMENT” all the time.

How can I see the answers introduced by the author?

Some of the teachers just created their account and they were trying to create an interactive worksheet using a PDF, but after they do the process it does not work and they get a notice saying that it is blocked, what can we do?

Can you add such function in worksheet?

• I set up a class and invited 8 students. They enrolled and I see them listed in my class.
• I created a workbook with multiple worksheets.
• I assigned several worksheets from this workbook to the students.
• When they submit their worksheets, I have no way to edit or comment on their errors.

One of you responded to my previous "help" requests saying I should click in the top right corner beside the student's grade on the worksheet, but there is nothing to click. The screenshot you sent that showed a little ribbon at the top of the worksheet doesn't exist on my screen.

Is this because I only have a FREE instead of PAID account? I have spent hours on this, copying all the students answers into a Word document so I can correct them which is not practical. Please help. Thank you!
